This year, NJAGC is offering several opportunities for you to be an exhibitor or vendor at our events. Our conference attracts several hundred participants state-wide. Events are publicized through our web site, emails, newsletters, news articles and brochure mailings to over 10,000 people. Regional workshops on Saturdays:September 12, 2010 at Montclair University October 24, 2010 at the Conference Center at Mercer January 9, 2010 at Pennsauken High School These events will include parents, children and educators. Exhibit space will be reserved when we are in receipt of the Exhibitor Registration form and payment in full. They may be sent to: NJAGC, PO Box 667, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 Please make checks payable to the New Jersey Association for Gifted Children (NJAGC). Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and exhibit locations will be assigned accordingly. A letter of confirmation detailing specific conference information for exhibitors and displayers will be sent to all exhibitors and vendors by January 31, 2010. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting all exhibit and display materials to the conference. The Conference Center has asked that we adhere to the following guidelines: - Do not send any materials in advance of Thursday March 4th. NJAGC will receive shipped materials ONLY on March 4th.
- Nothing can be taped to walls. All table displays must be free-standing or rest on the table.
- All tables have internet wireless access. SOME tables have access to electricity for a fee of $25 per day.
- Bring your own extension cords.
Fee structure for table space (6’ x 30’) is based on Premier, High or Moderate visibility. ALL tables are in traffic patterns for easy access by conference attendees.
